Episode 184: The Martian

3

This week’s podcast is out of this world as our good friend Dan Marsh joins the show for a review of Andy Weir’s bestseller, The Martian.

It’s been quite the week for Mars, as NASA confirmed that water is actually present on Mars (SCIENCE GEEKS, REJOICE!).

Also, stop the Doctor Who memes. I love Who, but it was only funny the first time.

We decided a few weeks ago that we should take a look at Andy Weir’s novel, The Martian, since Matt Damon’s film was coming out. This week we read The Martian, and invited our best book friend Dan Marsh to join us as we discuss the novelNote: This is not a review of the movie, The Martian. You can hear our review of The Martian this weekend here on the site!

So we discuss the book, the characters, and what we really liked/disliked about The Martian, and hopefully we encourage you to pick it up before you hop in your rover and go see the film.

Would you consider leaving us a review on our iTunes page? All you have to do is click this sentence, and review away!
