'The Crow' Star Casting Confirmed

Jack Kerouac to play….The Crow? Talk about a different kind of beat poet.

“The Crow” comic creator, James O’Barr, has confirmed that Boardwalk Empire star Jack Huston will star in the reboot, which is based upon both the original comic book and the 1994 film starring Brandon Lee.

In an interview this weekend at the Lexington Comic and Toy Convention, O’Barr said, “Jack Huston has definitely been cast,” that he was “really happy with that choice,” and that the film “will shoot in a couple of months.” He went on to say that this version will be a more direct adaptation of the source material, with Corin Hardy directing Cliff Doorman’s script. Production will begin this spring.
