Bandai of America continues the collector focused toyline with the White Ranger’s zord and weapon!

After the popularity of the adult-focused collector “Legacy” line by Bandai of America in 2013 and 2014, they have decided to continue it into 2015! This time they’re focusing on the White Ranger from the second and third seasons of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

First up in 2015 is Tommy’s side weapon Saba that can talk to him and aid in battle.

It has been confirmed that Tony Oliver, the original voice for Saba, has recorded lines for the toy. People who have seen it in person have said that it will be huge in hand, meaning close to 1:1 scale. It will be released in early 2015 at $99.99. It’s a bit pricey for me, but the detail and amount of work they’ve put into it might make up for it.

Next up is the White Tigerzord:

There is not an actual photo of robot mode from a convention or in person, but there have been a few with the warrior mode shown. We do know this is zordbuilder-compatible, with ports being put in spots showing that we might get the Thunderzords later on down the line! Sure, this is a handpainted version for the conventions, but given the Megazord, Dragonzord, and the newly released Titanus detailed releases, I am sure that the final version will look this great. It is also set to release in early 2015. At a $79.99 price point it’s still a bit pricey, but hopefully it will make up for it in hand.

Do you plan to purchase these two? Have you bought Legacy items already? Have you even heard of the Legacy collection before now? Do know that the Morpher, Gold Morpher, Megazord, Dragonzord, Titanus, and Dragon Dagger have already been released only at Toys R Us in the United States.
