I’m not aware of anyone who doesn’t like pirates. Thanks to Johnny Depp and his portrayal of Jack Sparrow, almost everyone claims to love pirates. Ubisoft must’ve picked up on this too, because after visiting Colonial times during the last installment of the series, now Assassin’s Creed will hit the high seas with a completely new protagonist and new setting. While it’s unclear if your character will be an actual pirate or not, it seems as if pirates will play a large part in the game, if this early art is to be believed. Ubisoft has announced that they will officially unveil the game Monday, March 4, at 9:00 a.m. PST. What’s in store? Keep an eye out (the one not covered by an eyepatch) for news right here.
