Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit pre-installed w/CoA This means that Win 7 Home Premium comes pre-installed and there is a Certificate of Authenticity sticker lotcaed on the computer with a valid Windows serial key. If Windows has to be re-installed for any reason, that Windows serial key on the CoA needs to be entered during installation. Regarding the Operating System disc, it’s customary now for manufacturers like HP, Dell, etc. to not include an Operating System Restore disc and instead put it in the hard drive as a separate hidden image which can be accessed by the computer’s factory restore function. However, Geeks.com deals with refurbished/closeout inventory so there is a chance a computer we sell might have had its hard drive completely erased (including the Restore OS) from the vendor, have Windows re-installed, but no restore image. Manufacturers are usually good about sending out restore discs if the customer contacts them. So as a basic rule of thumb, if a customer wants a restore image with their computer, he/she should look for the words Restore Partition in the product’s details. +11
