Resident Evil 6 “Anthology” editions coming

Some cool news for fans of the Resident Evil series today.

We all know that Resident Evil 6 is coming out this October 2nd, teaming up series favorites Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield in a globe-trotting adventure.

In addition to the standard edition of the game, fans will be able to purchase Limited Edition “Anthology” versions of the game, priced at $89.99, which include digital editions of past Resident Evil games. However, you will get different content based on whether you purchase the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 version of the game.

Arrgh…. I was all set to buy the game on Xbox, but having the entire Resident Evil back catalog digitally is mightily tempting me to get the PS3 version instead…
